CA6140 horizontal lathe is a new type of horizontal lathe series developed by our company. It implements the latest accuracy standard of our country. It is a well-designed mechanical and electrical integrated machine tool product with multi-disciplinary and multi class precision manufacturing technology, including electrical, automatic control, hydraulic control and modern mechanical design. The machine tool has the characteristics of high dynamic and static rigidity, long service life, high processing efficiency, safe and reliable functions, convenient operation and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, turning various metric, English, modulus and diametral pitch threads, and drilling and oil groove pulling. It is a horizontal lathe with strong versatility, which is widely used for batch processing of various shaft and disc parts.
Advantage
1. This series of machine tools are suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy steel and other tools. For the shaft, cylinder and disc parts of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic, the machine tools are used to turn the outer circle, end face, groove, cutting, boring, thread and cone surface.
2. The bed of this series of machine tools adopts two integral guide rails, and the plastic structure is adopted between the trawling and the bed guide rails. The middle sliding plate adopts the telescopic steel plate protective cover to protect completely.
3. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by AC motor, and the spindle rotation can be achieved by mechanical speed change to get different speed range.
4. The spindle box adopts the double row short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision adjustable radial clearance. Through the optimization design, the larger diameter of the main shaft and the best supporting span are adopted, which improves the rotation accuracy, dynamic and static strength of the spindle.
5. The structure of high precision t-screw transmission is adopted in the vertical and horizontal direction of the tool holder, which improves the transmission accuracy of the tool holder.
6. The tail seat is a whole box structure. The core shaft in the sleeve adopts the double row short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision adjustable radial clearance, which makes the tail seat have high rigidity. The movement of the lower body of the tail seat is motorized, manually clamped and relaxed.
7. According to the user requirements, it can provide double tool holder, milling and boring device, grinding device, spindle indexing and feeding function, and external tool setting device.
